Dues and the Alumni Chapter Year

The alumni chapter year begins at the alumni chapter meeting held in October, and runs until the day before the next annual October meeting. At this meeting, elections are held to elect officers for the next year. Chapter members who have paid dues during October of that year may vote in the election, and are considered full members until the following October. Dues paid during any other month are considered valid for the chapter year in which the dues are submitted.

Example 1: A brother pays dues any time in October. This entitles him to vote in the election, and he is considered a voting member for 12 months, until the next October.

Example 2: A brother pays dues in September of 2008. Then, he attends the chapter meeting in October of 2008. In order to vote, he pays dues again, and is considered a voting member until October of 2009.

Joining the Chapter

Brothers who would like to join the chapter may do so at any time. Joining the chapter is a simple two step procedure, as follows:
